Ingredients (6–8 cookies)
• 1 cup oats
• 1 scoop PBMaxPro Peanut Protein
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)
Optional additions:
• dark chocolate chips
• chopped peanuts
• cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F. - Prepare the mixture
In a bowl mash the banana until smooth. - Combine ingredients
Add the oats, PBMaxPro protein and nut butter. Mix until everything is well combined. - Shape the cookies
Spoon small portions onto a lined baking tray and gently flatten. - Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. - Cool and enjoy
Let the cookies cool slightly before serving.
