Peanut Protein Pancakes

Fluffy, satisfying pancakes boosted with PBMaxPro Peanut Protein. A delicious way to start the day with extra protein and natural peanut flavour.

Ingredients (6–8 pancakes)

• 1 scoop PBMaxPro Peanut Protein
• ½ cup oats
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup milk (any milk of your choice)
• 1 tsp baking powder

Optional toppings:

• fresh berries
• sliced banana
• honey or maple syrup
• peanut butter or yoghurt


Method

  1. Blend the ingredients
    Add the oats, PBMaxPro protein, eggs, milk and baking powder to a blender.
  2. Mix until smooth
    Blend until a smooth pancake batter forms.
  3. Heat the pan
    Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the pancakes
    Pour small portions of batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Serve and enjoy
    Stack the pancakes and add your favourite toppings.

Top your pancakes with:

• berries and yoghurt
• banana and honey
• peanut butter drizzle
