A simple and satisfying flatbread made with PBMaxPro Peanut Flour. Naturally gluten-free and rich in plant protein, it’s perfect as a base for wraps, a side for meals or a quick savoury snack.

Ingredients (2–3 flatbreads)

• 1 cup PBMaxPro Peanut Flour
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup water (adjust as needed)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch of salt

Optional flavour additions:
• oregano
• garlic powder
• paprika
• chilli flakes


Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine the peanut flour and salt.
  2. Prepare the dough
    Add the egg, water and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. If needed, add a little more water for a smoother texture.
  3. Heat the pan
    Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the flatbreads
    Divide the dough into small portions, flatten gently and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Serving ideas

Enjoy your flatbread with:

• avocado and cherry tomatoes
• grilled vegetables
• scrambled eggs
• hummus or soft cheese
