Ingredients (2–3 flatbreads)
• 1 cup PBMaxPro Peanut Flour
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup water (adjust as needed)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch of salt
Optional flavour additions:
• oregano
• garlic powder
• paprika
• chilli flakes
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine the peanut flour and salt. - Prepare the dough
Add the egg, water and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. If needed, add a little more water for a smoother texture. - Heat the pan
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat. - Cook the flatbreads
Divide the dough into small portions, flatten gently and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
