Soft, naturally sweet protein cookies made with PBMaxPro Peanut Protein. A simple and satisfying snack perfect after a workout or whenever you need a quick energy boost.

Ingredients (6–8 cookies)

• 1 cup oats
• 1 scoop PBMaxPro Peanut Protein
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)

Optional additions:

• dark chocolate chips
• chopped peanuts
• cinnamon


Method

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Prepare the mixture
    In a bowl mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Combine ingredients
    Add the oats, PBMaxPro protein and nut butter. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Shape the cookies
    Spoon small portions onto a lined baking tray and gently flatten.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Cool and enjoy
    Let the cookies cool slightly before serving.
