Peanut Protein Pancakes

Ingredients (6–8 pancakes)
• 1 scoop PBMaxPro Peanut Protein
• ½ cup oats
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup milk (any milk of your choice)
• 1 tsp baking powder
Optional toppings:
• fresh berries
• sliced banana
• honey or maple syrup
• peanut butter or yoghurt
Method
- Blend the ingredients
Add the oats, PBMaxPro protein, eggs, milk and baking powder to a blender. - Mix until smooth
Blend until a smooth pancake batter forms. - Heat the pan
Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. - Cook the pancakes
Pour small portions of batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. - Serve and enjoy
Stack the pancakes and add your favourite toppings.
